1. INTRODUCTION

The following general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply unless they are deviated from by express written agreement between the parties.

Both private individuals and businesses can shop at Snuscorp.com (hereinafter Snuscorp) against payment. In our webshop you can pay with the following card types; Visa and Mastercard. No additional card fees will be charged.

2. PRICES

All prices are in EURO, incl. VAT.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all prices, product details, and other information shown on our website are always free from errors. If a clear pricing mistake occurs — such as an unusually low amount or a price shown as 0 EUR — we reserve the right to cancel the order and correct the error.

Should any incorrect information affect your purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the correct details.

3. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

The ownership of the delivered products remains with Snuscorp until they have been paid for in full by the buyer.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Place of delivery and risk

All orders are shipped from the EU, where our skilled team is constantly working to achieve the fastest possible delivery time.

Delivery takes place to the specified address.

4.2 Delivery costs
The delivery costs follow the Snuscorp carrier's price list and are stated when placing the order.

If the goods are damaged or the quantity does not correspond to what is stated on the delivery note, the buyer must notify hallo@snuscorp.com in writing within 14 days. We make reservations for production errors or damaged products. In the event of either manufacturing defects or damaged products, the products must be returned before a replacement or refund can be made.

4.4 Unclaimed package
If a package is not collected and is returned, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% banking fee will be deducted when processing the refund for the order.

4.5 Delivery times
2-5 business days for all shipments to the EU.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a full right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, in the event of a return, the buyer must pay the return costs themselves. Goods must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. The buyer must contact the seller by email hallo@snuscorp.com before returning the goods. However, this does not apply if the products are discounted due to short shelf life.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product is used in accordance with the user manual and that the product as a whole is suitable for the buyer's needs/use.

7. ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Import duties, taxes and charges are included in the final product price if the destination country is within the EU. We recommend contacting your country's customs office if the destination country is outside the EU.

Snuscorp does not refund any additional fees that may be incurred upon arrival in your destination country.

Snuscorp sells whitepouches hewing tobacco & nicotine pouches.

We register your personal data in order to deliver the product to you.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors on product texts, product information and prices.
