Return policy

There is a full right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, in the event of a return, the buyer must pay the return costs themselves. Goods must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. The buyer must contact the seller by email cs-eu@snuscorp.com before returning the goods. However, this does not apply if the products are discounted due to short shelf life.

Unclaimed package
If a package is not collected and is returned, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 5% banking fee will be deducted when processing the refund for the order.
